has-text-align-left\">We provide warranty and post-warranty service for all products in our sales offer. Our service services are available at all our sales partners across Slovenia, and for more complex repairs, they are handled at the manufacturer\u2019s service centers.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty period for each product is specified in the Warranty Certificate provided at the time of purchase of the individual product. With the warranty, we take responsibility for correcting any defects and damages to the product that occur under normal working conditions and when used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, provided the product has not been used improperly or by unauthorized individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right to warranty can be claimed with proof of purchase (warranty certificate or invoice), which is issued by the authorized dealer at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For all products you send for service, please send them (by mail or in person) to our address or email us at prodaja@pogo-mtech.com with the following details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Owner's details and contact person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Details of the sent product (model, serial number, quantity, included accessories or additional equipment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the defect or reason for sending the product to service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the product is under warranty, proof of purchase (copy of the invoice or warranty certificate).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a product within the warranty period, the cost of shipping and returning the product from the service (including authorized services abroad, if necessary) is covered by the company. In the case of out-of-warranty repairs, the owner of the product is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After inspecting the product at our service center, we will either repair it or send it to the manufacturer's service center.
