Visitors to the AGRA fair who register via the QR code at the POGO MTECH stand during the fair and correctly fill out the form participate in the draw.
The draw will be held August 31, 2026. The winners will be notified of the results via the contact details provided in the application form.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGRA 2026 PRIZE GAME

Hereinafter: organizer.
The prize game is being held as part of the organizer's appearance at the international agricultural and food fair AGRA 2026 in Gornja Radgona. The prize game is not affiliated with the organizer of the AGRA fair and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.
2. Purpose of the prize game
The purpose of the prize draw is to promote the POGO MTECH brand, present the organizer's offer, obtain feedback on visitor interest, and award prizes to the prize draw participants.
The organizer may send news, offers and other marketing messages to participants only on the basis of their separate, voluntary and explicit consent.
Giving consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition for participating in the prize draw and does not affect the possibility of winning a prize.
Purchasing a product or service from the organizer is not a condition for participation.
3. Duration of the prize game
The prize draw takes place during the AGRA 2026 fair, namely: from August 22, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. to August 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Entries submitted before the start or after the end of the competition will not be considered.
The prize draw will be held August 31, 2026.
4. Beneficiaries of participation
The prize draw can be entered by natural persons who:
– are at least 18 years old,
– during the competition period, visit the POGO MTECH exhibition stand at the AGRA 2026 fair,
– correctly and completely fill out the online application form, accessible via the QR code at the exhibition space,
– become familiar with these rules and accept them.
Employees of the organizer, persons directly involved in the preparation or implementation of the prize game, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the prize game. Immediate family members are considered to be spouses or common-law partners, children, adopted children, parents, adoptive parents, brothers and sisters.
Legal entities and sole proprietors cannot participate in the prize draw as prize recipients. If an individual indicates a company on the form, they are still considered to be participating as a natural person.
The prizes are to be collected or used in the Republic of Slovenia. The free presentation of the machines takes place exclusively in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
5. Method of cooperation
The visitor participates by scanning the published QR code at the POGO MTECH exhibition stand at the AGRA 2026 fair and correctly and completely completing the online application form.
To participate, you must provide: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, city or postal code, and required information about your interest in the organizer's offer.
Answers to additional questions about the area, mowing method, time required for mowing, professional mowing, and interest in the POGO MTECH offer are intended to better understand the needs of visitors and improve the organizer's offer.
If this information is not necessary for the competition to take place, it is marked as optional in the application form. Filling it out or not filling it out does not affect the possibility of participating or winning the prize.
Each person can only participate once. In the event of multiple entries from the same person, only the first complete and valid entry will be considered.
Incomplete applications, applications with obviously false information, duplicate applications and applications from persons who do not meet the conditions will be eliminated.
Participation is free and is not conditional on the purchase of a product or service from the organizer.
6. Prize pool
The organizer will award: 1× remote controlled lawn mower POGO MTECH SKOKICA 4×4, 3× free presentation of the POGO MTECH machine on the winner's field in Slovenia, and 10× POGO MTECH T-shirt.
The free demonstration will be held after prior agreement regarding the date, location and available machine model. The winner must take advantage of it no later than May 31, 2027.
The size of the T-shirt depends on the available stock. If the desired size is not available, the organizer will offer the winner another available size.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another product or other prize. The right to a prize cannot be transferred to another person without the prior written consent of the organizer.
Each participant can only receive one prize.
7. Draw
The draw will be held August 31, 2026 among all complete and valid applications.
The draw will be conducted electronically using the random selection principle and will be monitored by a committee appointed by the organizer. A record of the draw will be prepared, which will contain at least the date, time and place of the draw, information about the committee members, the method of conducting the draw, and information about the drawn and reserve winners.
The following will be drawn: 1 grand prize winner, 3 free presentation winners, 10 POGO MTECH T-shirts.
The presence of participants at the draw is not required.
8. Notification and collection of prizes
Winners will be notified of the results via the email or phone number provided in the application form.
The winner must confirm receipt of the prize within three working days of receiving the notification. If they do not respond within the specified period, if they cannot be contacted due to incorrect information, or if they do not meet the conditions, they lose the right to the prize. The organizer may then award the prize to a reserve winner.
The method, place and date of receiving the main prize will be determined by agreement with the winner. A receipt will be prepared for the collection.
The winners of the free presentations will subsequently agree on the location and time with the organizer. T-shirts will be collected or sent as agreed with the organizer.
The winners may be published on the organizer's website and social networks with their name, surname initial, and place of residence.
The results of the prize draw will be publicly announced on the organizer's website no later than five working days after the draw. www.pogo-mtech.com. In order to ensure transparency in the implementation of the prize game, the name of the winner, the initial of his/her surname, the place of residence and the indication of the prize received will be published. The list of winners will be published on the website for 30 days, after which it will be removed. Public publication does not replace direct notification to the winner by e-mail or telephone. A photo, video, full surname or other personal data of the winner may be published only on the basis of his/her prior separate consent.
9. Tax obligations
Prizes are taxed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
If the value of an individual prize exceeds the legally specified threshold for taxation, the organizer will carry out the necessary calculation and payment of advance income tax.
The advance income tax related to the taxable prize is covered by the organizer.
The winner must provide the organizer with a tax number and other information necessary for tax calculation in a timely manner before the taxable prize is awarded.
The organizer does not request a tax number from all participants, but only from winners for whom the information is necessary to fulfill tax obligations.
If the winner fails to provide the requested information within the deadline set by the organizer, the taxable prize cannot be awarded. In this case, the winner loses the right to the prize, and the prize may be offered to a reserve winner.
The value of the taxable prize and the paid advance income tax may be taken into account in the annual income tax assessment of the prize winner. Any difference in the annual income tax assessment shall be borne by the prize winner.
If the winner is a tax resident of another country, he/she is responsible for any additional tax obligations in the country of his/her tax residence.
10. Protection of personal data
The personal data controller is POGO MTECH doo, Trebež 53, 8253 Artiče. The contact for questions regarding personal data is info@pogo-mtech.com.
The data from the application form is used for: recording and checking applications, conducting the draw, notifying winners, accepting and awarding prizes, fulfilling tax and other legal obligations, sending news, offers and notifications from POGO MTECH by e-mail.
The legal basis for processing data necessary for the implementation of the prize draw is the implementation of the prize draw rules and measures related to the individual's participation.
The legal basis for sending marketing messages is the voluntary and explicit consent of the participant.
Personal data processed for the purpose of e-mail marketing is stored until the consent is revoked or the purpose of the processing ceases.
The personal data of participants who were not drawn will be stored for the purpose of conducting the prize draw for a maximum of 90 days after the end of the prize draw or until any objections have been finally resolved, after which they will be deleted or anonymized.
Winners' data is kept for as long as necessary to award prizes, process any claims, and fulfill tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
If the participant has given separate consent to receive marketing messages, their contact details are stored for this purpose until the consent is revoked or the purpose of the processing ceases.
The participant may withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time: by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email message received or by sending a message to info@pogo-mtech.com. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal, and does not affect participation in the prize draw or the right to a prize already won.
Personal data may be processed on behalf of the organizer by contracted providers of online forms, e-mail marketing, web hosting, IT solutions, delivery and other technical support. These providers may only process data on the instructions of the organizer and on the basis of an appropriate contractual relationship.
If an individual provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the organizer ensures appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
Personal data is not provided to other third parties, except when necessary to conduct the prize competition, award prizes, fulfill legal obligations, or when the participant has provided appropriate consent.
The participant has the right, in accordance with applicable law, to request: access to their personal data; correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; erasure of personal data where legal conditions are met; restriction of processing; data portability where this right is applicable; withdrawal of consent; objection to processing where processing is based on legitimate interest. The request can be sent to info@pogo-mtech.com.
If an individual believes that the organizer is processing their personal data illegally, they can file a report with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
11. Responsibility and changes
The organizer is not responsible for incorrectly or incompletely entered data, malfunctioning of the participant's device or internet connection, and other technical problems beyond its control.
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules or terminate the prize game if required by legal, technical reasons or force majeure. Participants will be informed of any significant changes on the organizer's website.
12. Final provisions
By checking the appropriate box in the application form, the participant confirms that they have read these rules, understand them, accept them and meet the conditions for participation.
