The organizer of the prize game is the company POGO MTECH doo, Trebež 53, 8253 Artiče, Slovenia (hereinafter: the organizer). The prize game is not sponsored, supported or organized by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram).

2. Duration of the prize game

The prize draw takes place on the organizer's official Facebook and Instagram profiles from Monday, July 28, 2026, to Monday, August 3, 2026, until 11:59 p.m.

3. Conditions for participation

The prize draw is open to all natural persons with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia who are over the age of 18. The purchase of any product or service from the organizer is not a condition for participation in the prize draw. For valid participation, the participant must:

•Like the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.

•Write the answer to the question asked in the comment below the post (which terrain causes them the most headaches).

4. Prize pool

The organizer will award 5 prizes. Each prize includes:

•1x one-day ticket to the international agricultural and food fair AGRA 2026 (value 12.00 EUR).

•Free drink at the POGO MTECH booth.

•Personal advice from experts at the stand.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person without prior agreement with the organizer.

5. Drawing and notification of winners

The prize draw will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The organizer will randomly draw 5 winners from all valid comments on Facebook and Instagram profiles.

The winners will be announced in a comment under the original post and asked to contact the organizer via private message within 3 days to arrange to collect the prize (tickets will be sent electronically or by arrangement).

6. Protection of personal data

By participating in the prize draw, participants authorize the organizer to collect, process and store the personal data provided (name and surname on the social network) solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and awarding prizes, in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection (GDPR). The data will not be provided to third parties.

7. Final provisions

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules if required for technical or commercial reasons. Participants will be informed of any changes on the organizer's official profiles. By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these general terms and conditions.
